Cake orders accepted on a limited basis during market season due to time constraints - please message to check availability. The Principal Cakes
Always 100% plant based and vegan, our offerings include custom vegan cakes that are completely dairy free and egg free. We use vegan sugars only.
Vanilla bean
Perfect vanilla flavor enhanced with vanilla bean.
Chocolate
Moist and rich, this vegan cake features just a hint of espresso to enhance the cocoa. Try a classic combination with raspberry compote and chocolate buttercream. Or paired with peanut butter buttercream, peanut butter cookie streusel and ganache.
Strawberry
Made with real strawberries only. Can be made with no dye or natural beet color.
Funfetti
Becoming a Peace Meal favorite, this vanilla cake features sprinkles and a delicate vanilla flavor.
Red Velvet
This Southern classic is made undetectably vegan with a hint of cocoa.
Lemon
Light and fluffy with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pairs well with vanilla buttercream and raspberry and lemon curd fillings.
Chai Spice
Chai House blend, contains cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove and a dash of black pepper.
Autumn spice
House blend, cinnamon, ginger, just a hint of nutmeg, clove and molasses. Pairs well with vegan cream cheese buttercream, streusel and gingerbread cookie dough filling! Add a caramel drizzle for spice cake perfection.
Almond
Vanilla cake with almond flavoring.
Coconut
Made with organic toasted coconut and coconut milk. Pairs well with fruit fillings, curds or try it coconut buttercream filling and a rich chocolate ganache over top - think Mounds candy bar!
Earl Grey
Our custom vegan cakes feature a delicious vanilla base enhanced with Earl Grey tea. Try it with Lavender buttercream and blueberry compote or Rose buttercream and raspberry compote.
Carrot
Moist cake made with fresh organic carrots, organic Granny Smith apples and spices. Optional toasted pecans or walnuts.
Hummingbird
Fresh banana and pineapple, cinnamon, and optional toasted pecans or walnuts.
Italian Cream
Almond, Coconut & Pecan. Pairs well with cream cheese, vanilla or wedding bouquet buttercream.

While precautions are taken for allergy requests, we do not advise our products for those with severe allergic reactions.
