Coming to The Green ST Outdoor Market May 7

My passion for a healthy lifestyle and plant based food began at an early age and continues to evolve. I raised three children vegetarian and later vegan, which meant lots of time in the kitchen creating healthy meals for the family!
I graduated from graphic design in 1996 but put career on hold to raise my family. I also earned 230 and 300 ryt hrs at Asheville Yoga Center and taught here in Huntsville and Madison for 5 yrs.
I began selling bakery at outdoor markets in 2026 and along the way learned my cinnamon rolls were loved by vegans and non-vegans alike! I loved the hustle and bustle of markets and meeting new people, but was getting more cake requests.
After receiving lots of positive feedback from customers regarding cake and cupcakes orders, I took the leap and went all in with the cakes. Custom cakes marry my graphic design background with veganism and it's a marriage made in heaven!
In Spring of 2026 I've decided its time to get back out and connect with customers at local outdoor markets. All those details are coming soon, but the focus will be on sourdough focaccia (sweet and savory), pizza crust and delicious crunch cakes slices too!
