Coming to The Bailey Cove Outdoor Market in April
Our Story
Peace Meal Bakery began selling all plant based bakery at outdoor markets in Huntsville, AL 2022. The past few years the focus has been on custom cakes, but in 2026 PM I'll be at Bailey Cove and Green Street outdoor markets. Offerings to include: Par-Baked Sourdough pizza crust ready to top and bake or freeze. Sourdough focaccia: velvety on the inside, crispy on the outside, Cinnamon Streusel Focaccia - Blueberries & Salted Praline Pecan. Plus Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls and cake slices.
