Crafted with passion and care, each loaf is a labor of love, fermented 30 hrs and baked to perfection. We use King Arthur flour, distilled water, and our own sourdough starter, & Diamond sea salt to create a bread that's a true culinary delight.

Our sourdough loaf boasts a crispy, golden crust that gives way to a chewy, flavorful interior. The naturally occurring tanginess of the sourdough starter adds a depth of flavor that compliments both sweet and savory additions.
