Flavors: Sea Salt, Garlic or Garlic Rosemary. So much flavor in this simply perfect focaccia dough. They always sold out when I went to farmer's markets! I ferment the dough a full day and season to perfection. The inside has a velvety chewy texture and the outside is deeply caramelized, salty with a crispy bottom. It makes the best mater sandwich and avocado toast!
