  • NF, GF & Soy Free available upon request, however we are not a certified gf kitchen and all-purpose flour and soy are used frequently and sometimes nuts and nut butters as well. Though precautions are taken for allergy requests we do not advise our products for those with severe allergic reactions. We are a licensed cottage industry baker, but not inspected by the local health dept.

Sourdough Now Available! Loaf or Focaccia

Crafted with passion and care, each loaf is a labor of love, fermented 30 hrs and baked to perfection. We use King Arthur flour, distilled water, and our own sourdough starter, & Diamond sea salt to create a bread that's a true culinary delight.

Our sourdough loaf boasts a crispy, golden crust that gives way to a chewy, flavorful interior. The naturally occurring tanginess of the sourdough starter adds a depth of flavor that compliments both sweet and savory additions.
